Why use Trojan Training?
Trojan Training has been created by a team of ex-forces and police professionals who have over 60 years combined experience in the military and law enforcement including tactical firearms. With our experience, we encourage realistic training underpinned by our experience whether that be policing the streets of London, performing close protection operations or counter piracy missions or even patrolling in Northern Ireland all the way to helping staff deal with difficult customers, we aim to bring personality, knowledge and realism to your work place and enhance the skills of your staff in a controlled environment.
Founded on in-depth knowledge of conflict management and physical intervention in both the public and private sector, Trojan Training are dedicated to providing successful workforce development solutions through internationally recognised courses. We also have in-depth practical and personal knowledge of the justice sector, in particular:
- Conflict management.
- Reaction to terror related incidents
- Physical intervention
- Policing and the law
- Public Order management and policing
- Performance Management
We operate on a national basis, and are available to work in cooperation with businesses throughout the UK, as well as providing courses for individuals looking to move onto the private military circuit, looking to enhance existing skills or learn entirely new skill sets before embarking on deployments abroad.
Trojan Training courses are definitely not ‘death by power point’, although most courses have an element of presentation to establish and interest in the aims and objectives of our courses, and also to reinforce the ‘need’ to know the information being imparted and to check understanding.
I first met Wayne whilst serving in the Metropolitan Police service where he was serving as a Firearms Officer. Wayne ably demonstrated he was a professional officer and had excellent tactical awareness. Since joining the private sector he has worked on several private contracts for me at Lore training as a Senior Consultant, running a series of national Conflict Management and bespoke courses for a large, high end client. The feedback as always been exemplary across the board and the client has expressed gratitude for his direct approach to difficult subject matter.
All students were at ease throughout sensitive subjects, and Wayne’s knowledge and understanding of the law was quite apparent and was underpinned by ‘real life’ experiences. He really got the best out of the students and I would highly recommend businesses looking to conduct conflict management training or the Urban survivor packages to get in touch with Trojan Training.Matt Bassett
